After our interview with Ron Caswell he was kind enough to let me borrow an old photo album to take apart and scan for the documentary about the LORAN Station on Attu. I thought some of the photos were worth sharing as they retell the story of the station life circa 1973. Things were a little different then, a Reeve plane would land once a week with mail, they had several dogs, a different dress code, but no "power toys" to get them about the island, just their own two feet.
